Sorry I'm late this week. We've been sick. I was completely miserable all day Thursday and Munch was a Monster. Sometimes I wish that I worked outside the home cause then I could call in sick and have hubby take the kids to day care...although they were sick too so that wouldn't have worked. Hubby got me meds and soup Friday morning before he went to work. I feel SO much better now. Not 100%, but at least I no longer feel like someone beat me with a 2x4, so things are looking up.
I only got to jog once this week. After a thunder storm. Which was maybe not a good idea cause I almost slipped and fell a dozen times, but I really wanted to run. I didn't do very well, but I think that was partially because I was getting sick and didn't know it yet. SO I'm going to start week 5 over next week. Give myself a feeling good, fresh start. I also decided that I'm going to start jogging one morning on the weekends. Hubby tells me jogging during the day is a lot different than jogging at night. So either Saturday or Sunday mornings I'm going to walk down to the jogging trail and start C25K there. If I feel up to skipping a day or even a week I will, but the terrain is different and it's possible that I'll have the jogging stroller. How cool would it be to be able to jog a 5k with a stroller?

Everyone's running! I'm starting to feel lazy coz all I do is walk and swim...
I try and mix it up on the running: after work, on the weekends and wee hours of the morning. I also vary my routes to keep things interesting.
