Good-bye 160s!!! Whoo Hoo!! I'm going out with my sister and Mum this weekend to celebrate. Super happy.
I think I may have figured out a new work-out routine. I'm going to try and get at least a 20 minute jog in everyday. I'll take off on Wednesdays when we go to my mother's. It worked pretty well this week. I've also figured out a 5k route to complete twice a week. I can't run the whole thing, but I'm working on it. I'm hoping my short 20 minute jogs will help.
In the next couple weeks, I'm going with my sister to try on bridesmaid dresses again. I'm really hoping I'll be able to zip them up this time. Crossing fingers.
