Well I'm back. It was a beautiful week and even though I brought my scale along with me...I really kinda ignored it. I weighed in on Monday after we got back and had gained 4 pounds. Must have been some freak amount of water weight or something, cause I really didn't work any harder than usual to get it off. I'm SUPER surprised that I managed to lose the 4 pounds I gained, PLUS one. I'll take it!
I got three jogs in this week. Including one beautiful one along the ocean. I have a lot of trouble jogging in the mornings so I decided to restart C25K for my daylight jogs. Worked out well for my jog along the beach, cause I got to take pretty pictures during my walking period. Like this one:
We are planning on going back next year. Hopefully then I'll get to jog along the beach more than once. It was a great experience.
We took over 1000 pictures, so I'm going to be editing for a while. I will hopefully get a couple posts with pictures up soon!

I am so proud of you girl. And a little jealous too. Been a rough year, but I'm full of excuses. I'm very ready to get back to feeling better and taking better care of myself. I want to run along the beach!
