Found Craft: "Flopsy"

I haven't had much time to do anything crafty lately. I've been very busy packing, painting and going through boxes. The perk of going through boxes is that you never know what treasures you'll find. We found this doll at my mother's (soon to be our) house. We can't remember her I'm calling her Flopsy...since that is what she is.
I knit her for my sister when I was 13 or 14. I had just learned to knit and found the pattern for her in a kids craft book. (Which I also hope to locate.) The stitches are to lose and she probably could have used a little more stuffing...but she was made with lots of love.
I gave her to Arianna during a Christmas we spent in England. Arianna didn't think that she would be warm enough with the clothes I made my Grandmama made her a cute poncho and gloves.

And here is the rest of her wardrobe. The gray "skirt" she's wearing in the first picture is actually a dress and the vests I made go over that. I can't wait to see what other goodies I find.

Oh Cerise! That is so adorable! And just about got me to tears! How incredibly sweet of you to make something like that for your sister! I hope my girls do things like that for each other growing up!
